Must I be a Member in order to start shopping?
No. Our merchandise is available to everyone, members and non members! But of course if you are a member, you get more discounts and privileges. Click here to find out more!
How many days will it take for my order to be delivered to me?
Once we received notification from you that payment has been made (via atm tramsfer), we will proceed to send your orders via SingPost. It should reach you within 3-4 working days for normal post and 1-2 working days for SpeedPost Islandwide.
Do you only accept atm transfer?
For security reasons, we have decided to stick to ATM transfer for the time being for delivery by post. However, for gown rentals and delivery at designated locations, we accept cash as the items are collected by you personally. Likewise for refunds of the gown rental deposit, we will pay you back in cash when we collect the gown from you. However, we will explore other payment options if there is a demand for it as well as international orders.
Can I request to collect the items I ordered in person instead of being delivered by post?
Yes. We do deliver to you in person if you are able to meet our designated timings and locations. Pls refer to our delivery and postage charges page for more details.
How often do you update your stocks?
It’s a fashion boo boo to have the same old items on sale for too long, thus we make it a point to import new stocks to cater to the various 'seasons' of the year.
Where do your merchandise come from and why don’t you have a standard size reference chart?
Pulse imports all our merchandise from Hong Kong, Korea and US and in limited pieces per design, which also explains why there isn’t a standardized size chart. In addition, we felt it will be useful for our customers to know the exact measurements so they will feel more confident that they are making the right purchase.
Do I have to wash the gown before returning back to you?
No and that is part of the convenience we are trying to give to all our customers, no fuss, just rent, wear and return!
What if I ordered a wrong size?
You can exchange your item for another one. Check out our Returns & Exchange Policy page.
Do you accept orders outside of Singapore?
Currently, we only deliver within Singapore but international deliveries are definitely in the pipeline if there are substantial orders for our goods.
What if I changed my mind about a particular design I ordered?
You can exchange your item for another design of equal or higher value, the difference in which you can top up in cash or atm transfer, depending on the delivery mode. Check out our Returns & Exchange Policy page.
Will you restock those items that are currently out-of-stock?
Yes, definitely if there are substantial orders received for the item, we will place new orders for it. We will keep you on the VIP reserve list and inform you once the stocks arrived.
Do you charge GST for your items?
No. We have chosen to absorb the GST for all our merchandise!
Are the gift vouchers you are selling the same as the Pulse vouchers that you give away as prizes sometimes for promotions etc?
No. Our gift vouchers are as good as cash and can be used even on sales and promotional items whereas the vouchers we give away come with a minimum spending amount to be fulfilled before the voucher can be used.
